You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Services are not intended for minors. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with written consent from your guardian. By using the Services, you affirm that you are not a minor.

To access the Service, you need to create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, and you must promptly update this information to ensure it remains current. If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, or if we suspect that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. To safeguard your account from unauthorized access, do not share your username or password with anyone. This section outlines the terms that govern your use of our paid subscription service within the Yoga practice mobile app (the "App"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms and Conditions.

We offer four subscription tiers that provide access to a range of yoga practices, features, and content within the App:

• Monthly Regular (Price: €22): This tier includes personalized Asana practice routines, Pranayama breathing exercises, guided Meditation sessions, and a progress journal to track your development.
• Monthly Premium (Price: €55): This tier offers all features of the Monthly Regular plan, plus access to live group yoga classes led by experienced instructors.
• Yearly Regular (Price: €222 Google Play) / (€224.99 iOS): This tier provides the same features as the Monthly Regular plan, but at a discounted price for a yearly commitment.
• Yearly Premium (Price: €555 Google Play) / ( €559 iOS): This tier offers all features of the Monthly Premium plan, but at a discounted price for a yearly commitment.

New users may be eligible for a free trial of a particular subscription tier for a limited duration (e.g., one week). During the free trial, you will have access to features of that tier. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial period.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the chosen term (monthly or yearly) unless canceled beforehand. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for the chosen tier at the time of renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next subscription period. Cancellation can be done by contacting our customer support team at info@ashtangayogahome.com or through your account settings in the App (availability depends on your device's operating system - Google Play or Apple ID).

We currently do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes through the App or by email.

• The Monthly Regular plan is the most affordable option and offers a foundation of yoga practices.
• The Monthly Premium plan adds live group yoga classes for a more interactive experience.
• Both Monthly plans are available at a discounted price for a yearly commitment.
• Yearly plans offer the same features as their monthly counterparts but at a lower overall cost.

You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you subscribed through the Apple iTunes Store or our iPhone app, you must cancel automatic renewal by managing your subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice if you commit fraud or breach any Terms, including unauthorized copying or downloading of audio, video content, or live class recordings from the Website or Apps.

Ashtanga Yoga Home grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service, including a reasonable number of copies of any content, material, or software provided by Ashtanga Yoga Home, for noncommercial and personal use only, subject to these Terms. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.

Unless expressly allowed by law or a specific feature of the Service, you may not, nor permit anyone else to store, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service. You cannot compile or collect content from the Service into a database or other work, use automated tools or manual processes to monitor, copy, or resell any content from the Service, integrate the Service or its content into another website or service, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes, bypass or disable any security features of the Service, use the Service in a way that compromises its integrity or performance, or remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices on the Service or its content.

Ashtanga Yoga Home will terminate access for repeat copyright infringers. If you believe your work has been posted in violation of your copyright, contact us at info@ashtangayogahome.com with your electronic or physical signature, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material on the Service, your contact information, a statement of your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. By submitting a notice, you agree that Ashtanga Yoga Home may forward your information to the uploader of the infringing material.

All rights, including intellectual property rights, in the Service are owned by us, our affiliates, suppliers, and licensors. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Ashtanga Yoga Home is not obligated to provide support for the Service.

By providing feedback to Ashtanga Yoga Home about the Service, you agree that your feedback is non-confidential and that Ashtanga Yoga Home can use it freely and without compensation to you. You grant Ashtanga Yoga Home a nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use your feedback for any purpose.

You are responsible for checking these Terms regularly. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

You can stop using the Service at any time by closing your account and removing any Ashtanga Yoga Home software from your device. This is your only recourse for any issues with the Service or these Terms. Ashtanga Yoga Home reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason. If we suspect a violation of these Terms, we may pursue other legal remedies. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you do not comply with them. Upon termination, you must delete any Ashtanga Yoga Home software you have. You remain responsible for all obligations related to your use of the Service, even after discontinuation. Neither Ashtanga Yoga Home nor its partners are liable for any losses resulting from termination of the Service or your access to it.

Ashtanga Yoga Home provides fitness, health, and wellbeing information for educational purposes only. This information is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not healthcare providers, and our content should not be considered medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided in our applications, website, blogs, or social media pages. Use of our information is at your own risk.

Do not use our applications while driving, operating heavy machinery, or during activities requiring concentration. We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from practicing techniques or activities presented in our content. Engaging in fitness activities, including yoga, carries a risk of injury. If you are pregnant or under 18, do not engage in these activities without appropriate supervision.

By using our applications, you accept responsibility for your physical and mental health and any resultant injuries. Always consult with your physician before starting any fitness or wellbeing program.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted use or accurate data transmission. You are responsible for any delays, losses, or damage to your device from using the Service. Ashtanga Yoga Home and its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, or distributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
